Development Review Board
Summary
This seven member volunteer committee is appointed by the Council as a citizen advisory board to review and make recommendations to the Council on, but not limited to, development plans, variance requests, home occupation license requests and changes to the code that are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. The committee may at times be required to hold a public hearing to gather information for the Council as it addresses its agenda. This board meets on the third Tuesday of the month. Whenever possible, the board shall include an architect or landscape architect, an engineer, a person engaged in real estate sales or development, and a natural or environmental scientist.
