Special Kids Market Event Coming to the Windermere Farmers Market
The Town of Windermere is excited to welcome a special Kids Market event during the Windermere Farmers Market on Friday, May 29, from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
Hosted in partnership with Kids Markets, this inspiring event will showcase young entrepreneurs as they present and sell their own handmade products, creative crafts, baked goods, and unique business ideas to the community.
Kids Markets is dedicated to “igniting the entrepreneurial spirit in kids by giving them real opportunities to create, sell, and succeed—through hands-on market experiences that build confidence, creativity, and life skills.” Through these experiences, children learn valuable lessons in leadership, communication, responsibility, problem-solving, and financial literacy while gaining confidence in their own ideas and abilities.
