Residents — we’ve previously shared information about the new pedestrian access gates at Lake Street Park (5th Street) and Lake Down Park (4th & Magnolia), and the need to obtain your personal gate code.
👉 If you missed that notification, this is your reminder!
To access these two parks, you must stop by Town Administration at 614 Main Street, Building 100 to receive your code.
✅ Already have a Fernwood gate code? You’ll still need to update your account to include access to these parks if you want to use them. Bring proof of town residency to process your application.
📅 The gates were closed and locked on June 30, 2025. Which now means access will only be granted via code.
Thank you for helping us keep our parks safe and enjoyable for all Windermere residents! 🌳
